ON ME. I turn 4

An anniversary is a good occasion to look back on what you have done. You can do this with satisfaction and happiness…

It has been 12 days since I last posted in DailyServings, and mind you its has been a rollercoaster ride – from the sleepless nights to the palpitations to ER; from doing one thing this day and another thing on the next day. It was a full 12 days of my life. Luckily, I turned 4 yesterday, and I must say that it was one of the best days of my life – my anniversary weekend.

Two words. Retail therapy. Finally, I was able to buy new clothes for myself – wardrobe change! Not because I want to, but I needed to. Almost 80% of my clothes are baggy already, yes I lost weight, and yes, I am claiming it. I, also, was able to buy new bag, wallet, shoes, polo shirt for me and the dad. Basically I just spent all day this day. And it was worth it because I know that my hard earned money is going to somewhere I know I’ll be able to use, plus, its an investment.

Ended the day with a very good massage, and it was so good that the masseuse had to wake me up because I fell asleep!!!

Celebrated the 4th with TBC. It actually was very random and biglaan. I met them at around 2pm at The Gourmand Market at BGC. We just ate and ate and ate. At around 330pm, we left BGC and went to GB to catch the 420pm movie – Ex with Benefits. The movie was good actually, #hugotpamore

Celebrated with the dad. Lunch buffet at Vikings at SM City BF. I missed doing this with daddy and I should do this more often with him. The time spent with him is time well spent. Those priceless conversation and just being with him is just #PreciousMoment that I don’t want to let go.

Like what I said on my ON ME. Heart-to-Heart post

I can feel that I’ve grown a lot since I started joining the firm. And I’ve realised that what my manager was doing was for my own sake and my career growth.

But it doesn’t mean that I am stopping here, plus, I haven’t really proven anything, yet. May be I’ve done something different that the impact is big in a positive way or in a negative way (hopefully not), but I know that I have a long, long way to go.

My 4th year  weekend was so good that I was able to think, and just relax since Saturday. I just can’t wait for my 5th year of working, I know something big will drive my way.

Before, I end this blog post, I want to thank all the people who have helped and guided me for the past 4 years. Here’s to another n number of years!

Cheers!
